1. The material used is carbon steel profiles. There must be no welding in the middle of any load-bearing member. The steel plate thickness of the supporting components is ≥2.5mm, and they are connected by high-strength positioning profiles. This increases the strength and toughness of the material, improves its mechanical properties, and enhances the stability of the structure. The load-bearing crossbeams are 50×40×2.5mm, and the columns are 100×50×2.5mm, installed at a maximum center distance of approximately 70cm, welded between the main beam and the secondary beam. Cold-rolled steel plates with sufficient load-bearing capacity are used, folded, and then powder-coated, giving them both good corrosion resistance and a smooth, clean surface. National standard bolts are used for on-site riveting (all screws and nuts are standard parts), overcoming the drawbacks of traditional welding, resulting in good corrosion resistance and stability, as well as a smooth, clean surface. The secondary beams use 60×40×1.5mm inwardly rolled profiles and 60×40×1.5mm square tubes, serving as structural elements for all wooden board support arms and walking surfaces. 1. **Supporting Arms:** Supporting arms between the supporting frames, applied to the main beams, eliminate sliding friction and lubricate rollers and nails through mechanical surface action.

2. **Grandstand Steps:** Constructed of 17mm thick high-strength laminated solid wood boards and 1mm thick melamine wear-resistant boards. The surface layer is fixed to the grandstand auxiliary supports with rivets, ensuring high strength and structural stability of the movable steps.

3. **Edge Edges:** Features specially designed aluminum alloy edging with anti-slip lines to increase frame strength, prevent spectators from slipping, enhance friction, and improve safety.

4. **Synchronous Telescopic Device:** Employs a double-layer guide design. All drive devices are connected by rigid shafts. The grandstand support structure uses a mechanical feedback synchronous telescopic device to ensure synchronized extension and retraction without directional deviation. The grandstand wheels use square tubing, and each meter of the upper level of each grandstand section includes a synchronous pulley guide mechanism to ensure balanced linear movement during extension, retraction, and braking, with no noise.
