Imported Robots for Automatic Welding

Welding is primarily performed using imported welding robots. These robots feature a unique independent joint structure, enabling multi-directional welding of products. They allow for editing, setting operations, external memory, and offline computer programming, achieving high-speed calculation processing, robot braking acceleration/deceleration control, and vibration control. Welding is performed using an automatic positioner linked to the welding robot.

Shot Blasting Machine Throws Parts

Shot blasting machines use an electric motor to drive an impeller, which, through centrifugal force, propels steel shot onto the surface of the workpiece, achieving a certain surface roughness. This improves the workpiece's appearance, changes the tensile stress during welding to compressive stress, and extends its service life. Increasing surface roughness also improves the adhesion of subsequent paint films.

Two-Spray Method

The spraying production line is approximately 360 meters long and employs a two-coating process. First, an epoxy zinc-rich primer is applied for rust prevention. Then, epoxy resin powder is applied and cured to provide corrosion resistance, rust prevention, anti-aging properties, wear resistance, and environmental friendliness. Furthermore, the spraying production line utilizes a natural gas heater with automatic temperature control, maintaining a constant temperature of 200 degrees Celsius with a deviation of less than 1 degree Celsius, thus ensuring product quality. A large cyclone system is installed at the spray nozzle for secondary recycling, ensuring an environmentally friendly and pollution-free working environment.
