Product Parameters

1. Design requirements for the movable grandstand:

(1) In addition to bearing the weight of the seats themselves, the grandstand must withstand the following loads: 450 kg per square meter in the unfolded state; 36 kg per meter of length for left-right swaying.

(2) The guardrail design must withstand the following horizontal forces: 65 kg per meter at the top and 135 kg per meter in the middle.

(3) Grandstand strength: The grandstand frame strength must be ≥200 kg per seat under static load; the bed frame impact resistance must be ≥200 kg per seat under static load. Each layer must withstand ≥80 kg of impact at a height of 300 mm without deformation. Under dynamic loads, the overall structure must be stable, and the bearing surface must not deform.

(4) The stands have safety railings on both sides and the rear edge, with a powder-coated surface, which do not need to be removed during the extension and retraction of the movable stands.

(5) The front edge of the stands has an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and the steps are equipped with anti-slip strips to prevent spectators from slipping when going up or down.

 

2.Frame Structure

Adopts a modular assembly structure with carbon steel sections as the material. No welding is allowed at the middle of the rods for all load-bearing components; the steel plates of supporting components have a thickness of ≥2.5mm, and the whole structure is connected by high-strength positioning sections. This design enhances the strength and toughness of the material, improves its mechanical properties and reinforces the structural stability.

Load-bearing Components

The load-bearing crossbeams are sized at 50×40×2.5, and the vertical columns at 100×50×2.5. The columns are installed with a maximum center distance of about 70cm and welded between the main and secondary beams. Cold-rolled steel plates with sufficient load-bearing capacity are used, which are flanged and then electrostatically sprayed — endowing the structure with excellent corrosion resistance and a smooth, clean surface.

Assembly & Secondary Beams

National standard bolts are adopted for on-site riveting (all screws and nuts are standard parts), eliminating the drawbacks of traditional welding; the structure thus features superior corrosion resistance, stability as well as a smooth, neat exterior. The secondary beams are made of 60×40×2 inward-rolled sections and 60×40×1.5 square tubes, serving as the structural elements for all wood panel support arms and walking surfaces.

Support Arms

The support arms between the supporting frames are applied to the main beams, eliminating sliding friction. Lubrication of the rollers and fasteners is achieved through the action of mechanical contact surfaces.
