Weather Resistance: Long Island experiences coastal salt spray and sea winds, low temperatures and blizzards in winter, and intense sunlight in summer. All steel structures, turf, and hardware must be corrosion-resistant, frost-resistant, and UV-resistant—ensuring no fading, rusting, or cracking over long-term use.

Custom Appearance/Color Scheme: Specified olive green and black two-tone steel structure; uniform blue turf across all courts to distinguish them from standard local courts, create a unique visual identity, and make them ideal for social media photo opportunities.
