The surface layer of the field is made of high-quality artificial grass or synthetic materials. 04 Disclaimer
1. We do not assume warranty responsibility for site damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.), but we can provide assistance in repair services.
2. Site issues caused by users' failure to use in accordance with regulations (such as overloading, unauthorized modifications, and lack of basic maintenance), human damage, or third-party infringement are not covered by the warranty.
3. For venue facilities that exceed the warranty period, we will only bear the responsibility of reasonable cost price maintenance and will not assume the obligation of free replacement.
